Notifications
The notifications system keeps you informed about important account activity, such as affiliate referrals and integration review outcomes. You can view notifications in the dashboard and configure how you receive them.
Accessing Notifications
Click the bell icon in the sidebar footer to open the Notifications page. When you have unread notifications, a blue dot appears on the bell icon and a count badge shows the number of unread items.
Viewing Notifications
The Notifications page displays your notifications grouped by time period: Today, Yesterday, This Week, and Earlier. Only groups that contain notifications are shown.
Each notification card displays:
- A category badge (e.g. Affiliate, Integrations) colour-coded by type
- The notification title
- A body with additional detail
- A timestamp showing when the notification was created
- An unread indicator (a blue left border on unread items)
Click on a notification to navigate to the relevant page and mark it as read automatically.
Filtering by Category
Use the tabs at the top of the Notifications page to filter by category:
- All - shows every notification
- Affiliate - shows only affiliate-related notifications (referral activity, credit updates)
Managing Notifications
- Mark as read - hover over an unread notification and click the tick icon to mark it as read without navigating away
- Mark all as read - click the Mark all as read button at the top right to clear all unread indicators at once
Pagination
If you have many notifications, the list is paginated with 25 notifications per page. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate between pages.
Notification Preferences
You can control how and where you receive notifications from the User Settings page. Three notification channels are available for each category:

Notification Categories
The following notification categories are available to all users:

|---|---|
| Affiliate | Referral activity, credit updates, and programme status changes |
| Integrations | Updates when your public integration request is approved, rejected, or unapproved |
Default Channel Settings
Each category can be independently toggled on or off for each notification channel. By default, In-app is enabled while Discord DM and Email are disabled.
