Affiliate Programme

The Affiliate Programme is a referral system that rewards you for bringing new users to Tickets. Share your unique code with others - they get a discount on their subscription, and you earn credits that can be redeemed for premium time.

Anyone with a Tickets account can apply. You do not need an active premium subscription to become an affiliate.

How It Works

1. Apply - Visit the Affiliate page in the web dashboard and submit an application with your chosen code
2. Get approved - An admin reviews your application. Once approved, your code goes live
3. Share your code - Send your referral link to others. New customers who use it get a discount at checkout
4. Earn credits - When someone subscribes using your code, you earn credits
5. Redeem - Convert your earned credits into premium time directly from the affiliate web dashboard

Applying for an Affiliate Code

Head to the Affiliate page in the web dashboard. You can either choose a custom code or have one generated for you.

Your code must be 3-6 alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers only).

Once you submit your application, an admin will review it. You will be notified when your code is approved and ready to share.

Sharing Your Referral Link

Once approved, you have two ways to share your code:

• Direct link - https://dashboard.tickets.bot/?ref=YOURCODE - the code is applied automatically when the user visits
• Manual entry - Users can enter your code on the pricing page under "Have an affiliate code?"

Referral Window

When someone visits your referral link, the code is stored for 30 days. Even if they do not subscribe immediately, you still earn credit if they purchase within that window.

Referred Customer Discount

New customers who use your affiliate code receive a 5% discount on their subscription for the first 3 months. The discount is applied automatically at checkout via Polar - no extra steps needed on their end.

Earning Credits

When someone first subscribes using your code, you earn credits based on a percentage of the purchased duration and the tier they buy.

Credits are also multiplied based on the tier the referred customer purchases:

Your credit rate is determined at the time of each referral. If you upgrade to premium, all future referrals earn at the higher 10% rate - but past referrals keep whichever rate applied when they were made.

Example: Someone buys 365 days of Premium using your code while you have an active premium subscription. You earn 10% of 365 x 1 = 37 credits.

Example: Someone buys 30 days of Whitelabel using your code at the standard rate. You earn 5% of 30 x 2 = 3 credits.

Upgrade for Better Rewards

If you are on the standard 5% rate, upgrading to premium doubles your credit rate to 10% on all future referrals.

First Subscription Only

Credits are earned when someone first subscribes using your code. You do not earn credits when a referred customer renews or their subscription recurs each month. Each subscription generates credit once.

14-Day Cooling Period

Referral credit is not available immediately. Each referral enters a 14-day cooling period to account for potential refunds. Once the cooling period ends, the credits become redeemable.

Redeeming Credits

Visit the Affiliate page in the web dashboard and click Redeem to convert your available credits into premium time.

How your credits convert to days depends on your current subscription:

Active Whitelabel	2 credits = 1 day	Your Whitelabel subscription is extended automatically
Active Premium	1 credit = 1 day	Your Premium subscription is extended automatically
No subscription	1 credit = 1 day	A new Premium subscription is created for you

When you have an active subscription, redeeming credits extends your billing period - the extra days are added to the end of your current subscription, so nothing is wasted.

Credit Limits

• 365 credits lifetime cap - Once you have earned 365 credits in total, no further credits accrue.
• Single-level only - You earn credits from your direct referrals only. There are no earnings from sub-referrals (i.e. people referred by your referrals).
• No self-referral - You cannot use your own affiliate code.

Credits Have No Cash Value

Affiliate credits can only be redeemed for Tickets premium time. They cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another user.

Affiliate Dashboard

The Affiliate page gives you a complete overview of your referral activity:

• Your code and referral link with copy buttons for easy sharing
• Current credit rate showing whether you are earning at the standard or premium rate
• Stats at a glance - total referrals, pending referrals (in cooling period), redeemable credits, and redeemed credits
• Referral history table with status badges for each referral:
  • Pending - within the 14-day cooling period
  • Redeemable - cooling period complete, ready to redeem
  • Redeemed - credit has been claimed
  • Voided - referral was cancelled (e.g. due to a refund)

Refund Handling

• If a referred customer refunds within the 14-day cooling period, the pending credit is automatically voided
• If a refund occurs after credit has already been redeemed, the referral is flagged for admin review
